For over 30 years, I built and remodeled homes across California. I've framed walls, replaced roofs, rewired panels, replumbed entire houses, and managed full-scale renovations from foundation to finish. That hands-on experience shaped how I see every property today.
When I transitioned into real estate over a decade ago, I brought that builder's knowledge with me. I don't just look at a home's curb appeal — I evaluate its structure, systems, and true condition. For buyers, that means fewer surprises after closing. For sellers, it means knowing exactly which improvements will deliver real return.
